We offer a minimum 6 month trial period. After that the minimum is a 1-year commitment for our subscriptions to build sustained creative partnerships. Our services are designed for long-term brand development, setting us apart from one-off project providers. This commitment gives you full access to our design and production team, allowing you to elevate your creative assets and establish a dedicated team of experts for your brand. The longer we work together, the deeper our understanding of your vision becomes, maximizing the value and impact you gain from our collaboration.

New customers enjoy personalized onboarding with their dedicated team. This process includes a kick-off session to quickly showcase the full range of 121’s services, introduce you to your new creative team’s capabilities, align expectations and preferred communication cadence. You can begin production projects as soon as you are set up in our system (usually 24 hours or less). We’ll rapidly learn your brand, and soon will be ready to handle more complex creative concepting work.

Our standard plans provide full access to all 121 services and suit most of our client partners’ needs, regardless of credit volume. However, if you have larger or more complex requirements, we can absolutely customize the number of credits for you. Simply share your scope with us, and we’ll prepare a proposal specifically tailored to your needs.

We offer billing via credit card or bank transfer.

Our model is designed to be flexible because we understand your needs can vary month to month. Unlike traditional agency retainers where you “use it or lose it,” your unused flex budget rolls over for up to three months, ensuring you get the full value of your subscription.

Your fixed service fee provides access to all our services and a dedicated account management team. This ensures you receive consistent, high-quality support and always have expert resources available when you need them.

AI design and creative services offer significant advantages, especially for 121 customers who can quickly tap into our full-stack creative team skilled in AI. However, not every project benefits from AI tools. Your creative team will recommend including AI-enhanced services wherever there’s potential value.

No problem! You can purchase additional credits on top of your monthly subscription to accommodate high seasons or special projects, such as:

• Seasonal campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, back-to-school, holiday promotions)
• Major product launches or company milestones
• Large-scale video or brand campaigns beyond your usual scope
• Exploratory projects testing new creative approaches or expanding services within your organization

Just let your Account Manager know at least two weeks in advance, so we can make the necessary arrangements and scale your team to meet your upcoming needs.

It includes talent and capabilities of any of our 121 Design and Production list of collaborators and capabilities. It doesn’t include: any other third part items/costs beyond 121’s own resources, such as photo shoots or video live shoots.
