This process includes a kick-off session to quickly showcase the full range of 121’s services, introduce you to your new creative team’s capabilities, align expectations and preferred communication cadence. You can begin production projects as soon as you are set up in our system (usually 24 hours or less). We’ll rapidly learn your brand, and soon will be ready to handle more complex creative concepting work.

However, not every project benefits from AI tools. Your creative team will recommend including AI-enhanced services wherever there’s potential value.
